TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
New generation aluminum roller lid-shutter (SOT-ROLL series), available for Ford Ranger 2016+ Wildtrak pickup model.

Special made (patented) perimeter profile from anodized aluminum base (thickness: 5mm), which hugs completely (100% length & width) the trunk’s rail part, for the strong and durable (not decorative) installation of all types: new or existing roll bars, side handrails and loading bars (can be easily combined with original equipment (like roll bars & protective rear window ladder racks of: VW Amarok (Stainless steel ?76 & Canyon), Ford Ranger (Limited & XLT & WildTrak), Toyota Hilux (Vigo), etc.).) (Patent Numbers: WO 2014/053863 & No. 1008153 & No. 1007595).
Special designed (patented) aluminum hinges, which provide smooth, frictionless rotation and minimize stress on the Vinyl surface. For 100% security, in the flat position it is impossible the aluminum hinges to make any disengagements (special design) (Patent Number: No. 1007947).
Weatherproof (water & dust) because of its unique combination of vinyl-PVC sheet surface on the top of tough aluminum hinges (panels) that rolls along to anodize aluminum profile side rails.
Surface characteristics: waterproof & durable, fire retardant, resistant against color fade caused by the UV sunrays, superior abrasion resistance, antimicrobial & antibacterial, easy to clean.
Special designed for strong and durable use (heavy duty): of aluminum axis ?80, reinforced duralumin fitting base & metallic bearings for axis to the housing unit and special (heavy duty) spring.
Special made roller’s saver box: by solid (one piece) galvanized steel 1.5mm, painted in black color (powder coat) and special designed in small size for bigger loading capacity in the trunk body.
Special made two drainages and two overflows, recessed drain fittings ensure rapid and complete drainage of the unit housing.
Special made side rubbers seals, brushes, and 4 water channels (drainages) for the best protection from water and dust.
Multiple locking positions (We can add more locking positions per your preference).
Installation: easy and quick, with no need of drilling (installation with drilling only in cases with roll bars, side hand-rails, loading bars for maximum power).
Can be fitted in vehicles with or without bed-liner (under-rail or over-rail: the only roller lid that can be installed with over-rail version bed-liners with no need the rail part to be cut).
New high security central locking system, with new ergonomic handle and protective cap from weather conditions (made in Germany).
